In this 12-week workshop you will learn and practice specific techniques and mindfulness for stress reduction, including various types of meditation as well as learning about the latest research findings in the field of neuroscience and the many practical applications for emotional self regulation.  This course will teach you how to re-frame stress, control anxiety, manage self-talk, improve optimism and build resilience.

Join host Kim Solomon, a local Stress Management Consultant and Mindfulness Facilitator. Kim has extensive background working with various populations in the field of social work, as well as, coaching and human development. Join in on this informative, engaging and supportive workshop series beginning with a "free" talk on June 8th from 6:30-8:00PM. This free orientation night is not a prerequisite for participating the series, but pre-registration is required.

The 12-week series will be held on Thursdays, June 15th-August 31st.from 6:30-8:00 PM
